Thls Is the only opportunity to hear the great pianist Lennie Tristano playing with an all-star group including trombonist Bill Harris and tenor saxophonist Flip Phillips. Bonus cuts include the complete soundtrack from a rare TV broadcast recorded at New York's Half Note Club, featuring Tristano with Warne Marsh and Lee Konitz, also appearing for the first time ever on CD.
