This special ECM release sets master reedman John Surman and organist Howard Moody in the rich acoustics of Ullern Church in Oslo, Surman on baritone and soprano saxophones, and bass clarinet, and Moody playing the church organ. Howard Moody and John Surman first collaborated on 'Proverbs And Songs' in 1996, where Moody was the conductor. Will appeal to fans of ambient and classical music as well as jazz.
