The live concert footage was filmed on last years "Never Sleep Again" tour, which also included Victory label mates Hawthorne Heights, Silverstein and Aiden. It was this tour that Bayside found themselves involved in a horrible accident that resulted in the death John "Beatz" Holohan and bassist Nick Ghanbarian suffering a broken back. Vocalist Anthony Raneri and guitarist Jack O'Shea continued on the Never Sleep Again tour as an acoustic duo, paying tribute Holohan every night of the tour, and providing their fans with musical comfort they so desperately needed.
