Paul Weller's 'As Is Now' DVD includes footage of the LIVE AT THE 100 CLUB CONCERT with performances of BROKEN STONES, MAKE IT ALRIGHT and TOWN CALLED MALICE; a documentary on the making of 'AS IS NOW' and a full length interview with the man himself.
Weller's 8th September 2005 gig at London's 100 CLUB was to an
intimate audience of just 150, and his first performance at this venue
since 1984. The DVD captures 42 minutes of highlights from a set drawn from his solo career, including tracks from 'AS IS NOW' and is testimony to the fact that for Weller playing live "still fills me with excitement.rock and roll is the only thing that unites people, and its great to get that vibe back again." As well as the live footage, there's a 46 minute documentary, where Weller tells music journo that 'AS IS NOW' is the "best thing I've done in years, certainly the last 10 years."
