Emilie first encountered with Australia in 2007 when she released 'The Flower Book', a compilation from her first 3 albums, which received great reviews and profiles locally with over 3000 sales. Emilie performed sold out shows at Melbourne s Art Centre (2,400 people) and Sydney s Metro (1,200). Over her 10 year career she has won many awards including two French Grammies, and she has worked on fascinating projects such as the soundtrack of the Oscar winning doco, 'The March Of The Penguins'. To shake things up she recently made a bold move to New York where she recorded her fourth album with a cast of great musicians such as KELLY PRATT and JOHN NATCHEZ (ARCADE FIRE, BEIRUT), MARK PLATI (sound engineer for DAVID BOWIE) plus lyrics collaboration with English writer GRAHAM JOYCE.
