Abbie draws inspiration from life and the roots of all music. She soaks up her favourite moments of rock, folk, country, soul and blues to create what she nicknames as "Rootsy Toons". Having grown up on a healthy diet of her fathers JJ Cale, Rickie Lee Jones, Tom waits and Tony Joe White Records Abbie has managed to grow up in Australia and condense her American influences into her own style. 'By Hook Or By Crook' is her new album, and follows the release of her 'Love Motel' EP.
