Chimeric is the fourth Radian full length and their first in five years. The members are all huge parts of the avant electronic music scene and have a cultish underground following, so the anticipation of a new Radian album has been building for years. Within context Chimeric is raw, broken, & sometimes dark. Steady, multiple rhythms, layered over each other disappear into chaos, and turn back into discreet structures again. Radian members also perform in Lokai, Trapist, and Kapital Band 1. The CD is presented in a 4 panel mini-LP style gatefold jacket.
