For one thing, he's matured; for another, his debut solo album, Second Face (Empire Music works / BMG) released in early 2003, was a soulful mix of R&B, pop, and alternative-tinged tunes that any serious musician would be glad to claim as their own (the album released one single stateside that charted on Billboard and another that climbed to the Top 30 singles chart in Germany). As part of New Kids On The Block Danny's achievements includes record-breaking live show attendance and sales; superstardom on a global scale and over 100 million albums sold around the world. Although The Kids have reformed and have already sold out their mammoth American tour Danny is still concentrating on the release of his Brand new solo album 'Coming Home' which is currently only released through Red Disc Records worldwide and one that he is extremely proud off.The acoustic album features (16) new songs both written and produced by Danny himself, which includes one bonus track for Australia only called 'Beautiful Bad Girl'. Danny brought in Red Disc Records Clive Hines and Z International Entertainments Chad Zimmermann as Executive Producers for this heart felt solo album. Produced by Danny and Pete Masitti and recorded at West End Studios in Miami, Florida this is a brilliant raw acoustic album that any New Kids On The Block fan should have in their collection. This was an album Danny worked on, while filming a reality tv show for MTV Networks called 'Totally Boy band' in the U.K. Danny and three other former boy band members formed the super group 'Upper Street', and seen the show get some of the highest ratings in network history. The group released 'The One' in fall 2006 to both radio and retail. Solo albums include Room Full Of Smoke / Room Full Of Smoke 2 / Second Face (Empire / BMG) / OFD / Coming Home (Alone & Acoustic).
