The album tells the fictitious tale of Strickland Banks - a British soul singer who finds fame, but loses everything when he ends up in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Produced by Paul Epworth (Florence & the Machine, The Big Pink and Friendly Fires), a ferocious collision of retro soul, funk, rock and rap has been created.
