Melbourne three-piece The Sinking Citizenship follow up their critically lauded debut album "Broadcasting Germs" with a second helping of their own unique noise. Written in part during the band's extended stay in Berlin last year, and road tested on the recent Dinosaur Jr shows, itdisplays a wider musical breadth, with a more melodic approach counterbalanced at times with a greater intensity.
