Compilation of the The Cramps' early singles plus some tracks from the same period that were never issued on that format. Cutting their teeth in the '70s punk rock scene surrounding the famed CBGBs, they pioneered a certain hybrid of rockabilly, trashy garage rock & roll and punk into a new form (some would call it psychobilly), influencing everyone from Nick Cave to Jack White in their wake. This set puts together all their classic early singles from 1978-1981 - and B-sides - into one handy package. Fully authorized by the band's Poison Ivy, this beautifully packaged set contains lots of rare photos, extensive liner notes by Cramps boffin Lindsay Hutton and memorabilia out the wazoo.
