Latest (and greatest!) album from Canadian indie rocker Julie Doiron. An artist who continually attracts critical acclaim, Doiron sings bare opensongs about her life, activities and musings. Her rich solo career waspreceded by an equally admired one with indie rock group Eric's Trip. The new album is simple, deep and intimate. Sonically, it's sparse but has astrong small-band aesthetic, and is recommended for fans of Cat Power, etc.
