Insignificant Other is the second EP from Brisbane based, independent 3-piece contemporary rock outfit, cipher. Closely following their first EP, Do Not Look Directly Into the Sun, this studio release is not so much a linear journey as it is a spiral-based path that traces a series of lands and bumps around and out from the centre over a 20 minute period. The EP begins as an interpretation of changes in reflectivity and culminates in the same way.
