The first album by renowned singer-songwriter, James Taylor was released in late 1968. Although it did not sell in the same volume as some of his later releases, it was very much a taste of "things to come". Containing a number of Taylor signature tunes, "Something In The Way She Moves", "Rainy Day Man" and "Carolina In My Mind". This album is must for old and new fans alike. The previous CD release did not contain any additional material but we are pleased to confirm that this new version will be blessed with four extra performances. An early band demo of "Sunny Skies", a track later to find it way on to his Sweet Baby James album, is followed by the up-tempo "Let Me Ride", another demo of a song that would eventually surface on Mud Slide Slim And The Blue Horizon in 1971. The album concludes with two further solo acoustic demos, "Sunshine Sunshine" and "Carolina In My Mind".
