On August 17, 1980, Devo, the mad scientists from Akron, OH arrived at the Phoenix Theatre in Petaluma, CA to put on a show to a packed house. At this time they were just starting to garner some success with the release of the "Whip It" single and someone had the good sense to film the event. The DVD is 1 hour and 15 minutes long and features a ton of songs.
