Dublin-born rockabilly songstress Imelda started singing in clubs when she was 16. Imelda has shared a stage with: U2, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Scissor Sisters, Eartha Kitt, Dionne Warwick, David Gilmour, Lionel Richie and her idol, Wanda Jackson. She recorded & released her album 'Love Tattoo' on her own label. The album has since gone Triple Platinum in Ireland alone. Imelda's career broke with the help of Jools Holland. She supported him on tour then appeared on 'Later with Jools' alongside Elbow, Katy Perry and David Gilmour, leading to a record deal with Decca/Universal. It is a rockabilly whirlwind, sounding equal parts The Living End, meets Wanda Jackson & about as much sass and staunch Irish sex appeal as you can squeeze in 3 minutes flat.
