Brisbane natives Ups & Downs produced some of the finest pop-rock songs of the post-punk era. Many will recall the indie-chart topping singles 'The Perfect Crime', 'In the Shadows' & 'The Living Kind' (as heard on Bondi Rescue) as well as their take on the Neil Diamond classic 'Solitary Man' taken from the brilliant Sleepless mini-album. Others may recall the later end of their career and the Mushroom label singles 'Lit By the Fuse' & 'Moments Away' taken from the album Under the Watchful Eye.
