With a long legacy of raw, demented rock music behind her, Jennifer Heremma (Royal Trux, RTX) opens 2012 with the debut album from her new group Black Bananas. Much like her previous bands, Black Bananas has a healthy bunch of swagger and grit, confronting the mystique of her noise rock meanderings in Royal Trux with the party anthems of her hair metal pretensions in RTX, and drawing heavily on the latter, very heavily! This is rad music for rad times!
