Rock superstars KISS release the band's first new material in 11 years. Sonic Boom was produced by the band's Paul Stanley in Los Angeles. Sonic Boom is the 19th original studio album of KISS' 35-year recording career. It is also the first KISS studio album to feature guitarist Tommy Thayer alongside Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and drummer Eric Singer. But as Paul Stanley declares: "This isn't new KISS - this is classic KISS!". KISS' Gene Simmons adds, "Sonic Boom may be the best new record we've done since Destroyer! It is Rock And Roll Over meets Love Gun".
