The second part of Stage Whisper (Live and Unreleased), is a genuine mini-album. It is seven tracks that launch Charlotte into a whole new soundscape. Terrible Angels, written by Beck, is an immediate electro hit starring a deliberately deadly Charlotte Gainsbourg, Paradisco draws her onto the dance floor of a night club run by New Order, while All the Rain and White Telephone sound as if a prayer has been answered - or a spell cast. Then it's time to leave Beck behind and team up with Charly Fink from Noah & The Whale for Got to Let Go, a ballad for thwarted runaway lovers; with rising star Connor Mockassin on an aquatic, psychedelic Out of Touch; and with young prodigy Conor J. O'Brien (aka The Villagers), whose poignant folk song Memoir provides a majestic conclusion to this pocket epic.
