Tigermilk is the debut album from Glasgow's much-loved Belle & Sebastian. Belle & Sebastian were named after a french children's book and formed by original members Isobel Campbell and Stuart Murdoch. Tigermilk was originally released in 1996 and limited to only 1000 copies on vinyl.It was later re-issued again in 1999, the result of the incredible worldwide success of the bands second album 'If You're Feeling Sinister'.Tigermilk is essential to any Belle & Sebastian's fans collection. It contains 10 tracks including the classics 'The State I Am In', 'She's Losing It'and 'We Rule The School'
