Through the best part of 2005, Redletter holed themselves up at Infidel Studios to record their first LP. Inspired by the likes of The Church, Died Pretty, and contemporaries such as Gersey, and Bluebottle Kiss, 'Your Planes Fill The Sky' is more than the mirror to 18 bleary-eyed months of cheating cabin fever. At times, it comes on like the unfolding of a long forgotten dream. Songs become soundscapes, soundscapes give way tothree chord fury, and all are loosely woven together like dispatched memories - some fond, some unsettling, yet ultimately and mysteriously rewarding.
