A childhood friend of Busta Rhymes, while the two were growing up in Brooklyn, Rampage hooked up with Busta to become the lieutenant of the Flipmode Squad (also including Spliff Star, Lord Have Mercy & Rah Digga ) who centred around Busta Rhymes for his first solo album. - 1996's The Coming..They appeared together on four tracks on The Coming. Previously both Rampage & Busta Rhymes had contributed to the legendary 1994 remis of Craig Macks' Flava In Ya Ear ( which broke the Nototrious BIG & & relaunched the career of LL Cool J ) . After signiong to Electra/ Warner in 1997 ,Rampage released Scouts Honour By Waty Of Blood, the same year, which went on to sell 100,000 units. In more recent years Rampage was featured on the the platinum Mariah Carey single & video - " I know what you want " .
