JB Hi-Fi online vouchers are secure, convenient, easy to buy and easy to redeem. Please note that online vouchers cannot be used in our physical stores - they must be used online.
Online Gift Vouchers are sent to recipients via email on the day you nominate.
You may choose the value of the voucher by typing a specific amount or selecting an amount from the drop-down menu. You are able to include a special message to go with the voucher if you are sending it as a gift. (This is optional).
The voucher is then added to your shopping cart so that you may complete your purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent to you on completion.
Once your order has been verified*, the recipient (if you have nominated one) is automatically sent the voucher via email. This email includes details on who the voucher is from and the instructions on activating and redeeming it on our website. If you do not supply an email at the time of ordering the voucher will be sent to you. It can then be forwarded to the recipient for activation and use. *PLEASE NOTE: order verification can take up to 24 hours. You are required to provide a physical delivery address when progressing through the secure checkout, however all vouchers are delivered by email to the recipient's email address. For the purposes of orders that only contain vouchers, use your own delivery address..
Redeeming the voucher involves clicking on the link provided or cutting and pasting the link into your browser. This will take you to a page where you can enter the security code provided. The voucher is then allocated and live and may be used to make purchases.
Voucher recipients who do not have an account with JB Hi-Fi Online will be prompted to set one up before they can activate the voucher. Voucher recipients who already have an account will be prompted to log in as normal.
The voucher is displayed (as above) and includes the message written by the purchaser.
